Klokgebouw. In this factory from 1928, philite was manufactured, Philips’ name for Bakelite. The building is named after the huge clocks on the tower, which were placed to mask the water basin in the tower. Another striking feature of the building is the Philips emblem, which can be seen from afar. The Klokgebouw is a national monument.
